Vermicomposting last year was really fun. Eco Club invited a vermicompost expert (Forgot what is his name ._.) and we had fun taking care of the compost bins. However, some other schoolmates threw stuff that are not suitable for the wormies to eat, like plastic.

Due to that, we had to pick up the food that was not suitable for the worms and throw it into the dustbins.
It was disgusting, of course, but we just had to or our worms will die. Also, we went to fertilise our plants using the compost we obtained from the compost bins. Although it was quite hard work, we enjoyed it.
Today, the compost bins are located at the staircase area beside the girls' toilet at the canteen. You can take a look inside, but don't mess around with it!
Also, remember not to throw in food that are not suitable for the worms. You can put wastepaper inside if you want.

Hope you enjoyed this post! See you around!
